Zach Hayes has been training individuals and athletes for over a decade. He has worked with clients of all ages, and has experience training athletes involved in hockey, rowing, football, rugby, wrestling, and many others. Zach holds an Honors BA with a specialization in Kinesiology. He is currently pursuing his MA in Management and Leadership in Kinesiology, operating within the coaching stream.
